How will my order be shipped and how long will it take?
For U.S. Addresses we ship via U.S.Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Shipments originate in Hillsborough County, FL and a shipping confirmation email is sent. In-stock orders to be shipped to U.S. zip coded addresses will be processed and shipped within three to five business days from the receipt of the order and should be received by you a further two to five business days. This is not a guaranteed service. Because Local Waters Apparel does not control or influence the shipping services we use, we cannot guarantee the delivery times or procedure, and as such, the number of days stated above are estimates under normal circumstances. Do You Ship Internationally?
Orders requiring international shipping will be processed using the method selected by the customer. International orders must be accompanied with a valid home phone number to ensure successful delivery. Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The shipping courier choices are FEDEX, UPS, DSL or UNITED POSTAL SERVICE. Once selected the relevant cost will be visible in the shopping cart prior to completing the order process.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax will be charged only on orders with a ship-to address in Florida. Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.
How do I return or exchange an item?
At Local Waters Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you receive a product and aren't completely happy with it, just return it in unworn, "as-sold" condition, within 30 days of ship date, to Local Waters Apparel, 6306 Barton Road, Plant City, FL 33565, along with a copy of your Invoice and instructions to exchange, refund etc. Purchaser bears all costs involved in shipping. For your protection we suggest that you insure the package and purchase tracking services. Returned items must not have been washed or infused with any odors such as perfume etc. Items returned in such un-merchantable condition will be returned at purchaser's expense or discarded, at purchaser's option. Exchange Due to a Manufacturer’s Defect or Shipping Errors: We strive to maintain the highest level of product quality and accurate shipments. However, in the event that we ship the wrong item/size/color to you, please email us at sales@localwaters.style. Include your order ID and an explanation of our error. Alternately, you can return the wrong item to us at Local Waters Apparel, 6306 Barton Road, Plant City, FL 33565 with a copy of your Invoice and an explanation of what you would like us to do (replace with correct item, refund etc). We will make the order right at no cost to you, i.e. we will refund your return shipping to your card. This is applied only to errors we made in filling your order, not orders where you ordered the wrong size/design/color etc. Exchanges for defective merchandise must be exchanged for the same size, color, and style as the defective item.
What about Canceling or Changing Orders?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please email sales@localwaters.style prior to our shipping your order with your request. Please include your name and order #. An email will then be sent to verify change requests or cancellations. Once we receive verification, we will be happy to process your request. Should you cancel an order after it has been shipped to you, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
